checklist to enter

  • Sign up for our mailing list to get reminders and key information about the tournament.
  • Register for the event on Advanced Event Systems.
  • Pay for your entry via check or credit card.
  • Book hotel rooms for your teams – this is not a stay-to-play event, but we do work do get the best rates possible for attendees. Please check back for a housing link. **HINT – Sign up for our mailing list to be the first to know when we have housing information!**

team registration

  • Entry fees for all divisions are $250 per team.
  • Registration opens on Monday, December 4th.
  • Deadline for entry is Monday, May 21st, or until the tournament is full, whichever comes first.

payment methods

You can choose to pay for team registration online with a credit card or mail in a check.
The date of receipt will be recorded as we receive confirmation that your payment by credit card has been verified.
  1. Print and sign Official Event Entry Form from AES.
  2. Date of receipt will be when we receive both your check and Official Event Entry Form in our office.
  3. Make the check payable to: Advanced Sports Media
  4. Send the signed Official Event Entry Form and check to:

Please send one check per ENTIRE CLUB.

refund policy

  1. Refunds will be given, less 20%, up until Friday, March 30th. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN THEREAFTER.
  2. If a team is denied entry because the desired division is full, the team may cancel its entry and receive a full refund OR the team may elect to go on a waiting list.
  3. If a team on the waiting list decides to withdraw their application, they will receive a full refund.

divisions and levels

The 2018 event will have the following divisions:

  • 12 Girls
  • 13 Club + 13 Open
  • 14 Club + 14 Open
  • 15 Club + 15 Open
  • 16 Club + 16 Open
  • 17 Club + 17 Open
  • 18 Club + 18 Open
CLUB: Reasonably-to-less experienced teams wanting a team-building, competitive event. Co-ed and boys’ teams can join the 12u, 13u, and 14u age groups in this level only.

OPEN: The most competitive teams who are experienced and physically athletic compared to their age group. NOTE: only two teams per age group may request to play in the open division from any single club.

drops and changes

All requests to drop from the event must be submitted via email by the person listed as the main contact for the club in AES (Advanced Event Systems).  Submit all requests to and include the following information:

  • Request to be removed from the event
  • Club name
  • Team name
  • Team code
  • Division entered

You will receive an email notification to confirm the drop has been processed.

division changes
We will make every effort to grant a request to change divisions whenever possible. If a move cannot be made at the time of request, the team will be placed on a list to move when space becomes available. All requests to change divisions must be submitted via email by the main contact in AES (Advanced Event Systems). Submit all requests to and include the following information:

  • Club name
  • Team name
  • Team code
  • Current division entered
  • Division you would like to be moved to

You will receive an email notification as confirmation if or when the move has been processed. Do not assume that your request has been granted.

acceptance into the event

Acceptance for all divisions is first-come, first-serve determined by the date and time registration & payment are received, OR until available space is filled, whichever comes first.

A completed Entry Application includes the following:

  • Submission of Team Registration on AES.
  • Receipt of full team registration fees (either online or by check)
